Discover Gestion Condo Optima: a modern and efficient approach to condominium management
Optima Condo Management was born from a strong conviction: to offer condominium associations transparent, efficient, and simplified management. With extensive experience in property management, administration, and technology solutions, the company stands out for its proactive and innovative approach.
The on-the-ground experience in condominium management began with a 52-unit building, and the founder chaired the horizontal and vertical syndicates for three years. This involvement has expanded to an association comprising 212 units, providing a broader perspective on the challenges and best practices of the sector.
At the same time, we have developed solid expertise in financial management and process optimization in complex environments, particularly within a large financial institution. Training in residential real estate brokerage adds a detailed understanding of the legal and commercial aspects of co-ownership. To further strengthen this expertise, all members of Gestion de Condo Optima's team are required to obtain their co-ownership management certification from the RGCQ in collaboration with UQAM. In addition, its founder is a member of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec (Adm.A).
